Hey - i’m Jess
I created this space because I was so tired of feeling like movement had to be intense. I got tired of how yoga is often shown online - all handstands, extreme flexibility, and “perfect” bodies.
That version of yoga never felt accessible… or even that supportive, if I’m honest.
What I really needed (and what I now teach) is a way to move and support my body that actually works with my nervous system -not against it.
My approach blends yoga, somatic work, and simple rituals to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel more like yourself again.
No pressure. No pushing. Just real, supportive practices for real life , that will connect you to yourself, and nature <3
