What is a women’s circle?

A women’s circle is a simple, intentional gathering where women come together to slow down, reconnect, and be held in a supportive, non-judgemental space <3

Rather than problem-solving, a circle offers a different pace. You’re invited to arrive as you are, to listen and be listened to, and to take a break from the roles you carry in everyday life. Sharing is always optional -you’re just as welcome to sit quietly, rest, or simply be present <3

Each circle weaves together gentle somatic practices, guided reflection, grounding, and rest, with the intention of supporting your nervous system and helping you come back into your body. There will be meditation, journalling, silence, or sound, but everything is offered as an invitation rather than an expectation <3

You don’t need any prior experience, spiritual beliefs, or even a clear intention to attend. This is a space rooted in safety, simplicity, and connection - a place to soften, exhale, and come home to yourself alongside other women!

This circle is for you if:

  • you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or stretched thin

  • you struggle to fully relax or switch off

  • you feel disconnected from your body or intuition

  • you crave depth, rest, or meaningful connection without pressure

  • you’re curious about somatic or nervous-system-led practices

  • you want a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or hold it all together

You won’t be put on the spot.
You won’t be expected to share.
You won’t be asked to be anything other than yourself.
